Payment Terms
The Client shall pay the Service Provider within thirty (30) days of receiving a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
You agree to pay within 30 days of invoice. If you pay late, interest of 1.5%/month kicks in.

This clause limits the vendor's liability to the total amount paid under the contract in the past 12 months. It excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages entirely.
This liability cap is lower than industry standard and the exclusion of consequential damages heavily favors the vendor.
